Scott Eason
Certified General Contractor & Owner
"That's what EBG is; the best people, held to the highest standard, delivering something worth being proud of."
Scott Eason was born and raised on the west coast of Florida. After earning his Bachelor of Science from the M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Construction Management at the University of Florida, he began his career as an Assistant Project Manager with Willis Smith Construction in Sarasota before founding Eason Builders Group.
Scott holds a Certified General Contractor license, a Certified Pool and Spa Contractor license, and a LEED Accredited Professional designation from the U.S. Green Building Council. He specializes in residential construction and development of waterfront properties on Florida's barrier islands, the same coastline he has been building on his entire life.
Scott's approach to the business is straightforward: surround yourself with the best people, hold every project to the highest standard, and deliver something worth being proud of. Over 15 years later, that approach hasn't changed.
Our Team
The people behind
every build
Every role at EBG exists for the same reason: to deliver an uncompromising, coastal-grade build on time, on budget, and to a standard that makes people stop and ask who built that.
Operations The team that keeps every build moving, accountable, transparent, and on time.
